So with the primer set, here’s some of the general items I’m curious about and would love feedback on: I’m already intimately familiar with Icy-Veins and WoWHead, bookmarked and am reading all of the guides to get rotations / skills / BiS gear and such down, but I’m finding that there’s interesting little “things” that aren’t necessarily outlined in the guides (at least not that I’m immediately seeing) or things that are left up to a lot of interpretation, so I’d like to get thoughts and feelings from the folks who play and love the class!ĭon’t get me wrong, I’m going to ultimately experiment with everything and do what I feel flows best for me, but I find getting thoughtful experiential feedback from folks is a great way to discover new ways on how to approach things. Not to mention, from what I can tell, a pretty impressive Tool-kit of Utility abilities. Thus with the above, I wound my way to Druid because it’s literally the only class that has everything I’m looking for! A solid Tanking spec and Healing/DPS that’s Ranged.

Yes, I do recognize the irony of disliking Melee combat but enjoying Tanking, and No, I don’t why there’s that difference, I just know that I love tanking while I hate Melee DPS, lol I mained a Paladin when raiding back in Legion, but discovered that I ultimately just really, really don’t like Melee combat this made Ret just unfun for me, and with Holy becoming even more melee-centric, I’ve come to enjoy it less

toon (made him at the start of the game), I find that I really enjoy Tanking and Healing as well as doing DPS and rather than having a lot of characters to track, I’d rather just focus on doing it all on one character

While I’ve played Druid a wee bit in the past, it’s something I’ve decided to shift into making my Main in the foreseeable future.
